Every Event Comes Fully Staffed
Every booking includes event staffing from Services for You by Paula Allen: greeters, moderators and producers who know these rooms. Staffing is required, and Services for You quotes it separately, so you always see exactly what you're paying for.
Between Stacy Braiuca and Paula Allen, you get a combined 60 years of experience running events and taking care of people. You bring the vision. We make sure the room works and every guest feels at home.
How It Works
1. Take the quiz
Answer a few questions and get your venue match and a starting estimate.
2. Tour the room
Walk through your venue live with Stacy in a 15-minute tour or a 30-minute consult.
3. Get your proposal
Venue, any custom build, and staffing, each shown clearly on its own line.
4. Host your event
We build and test the room, Paula's team runs the day, and you enjoy it.
Good to Know
- Rentals are for one-time events: hourly, daily or multi-day. We don't offer monthly or recurring rentals.
- A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
- Fees are non-refundable. Your date can move with approval from both TC Events and Services for You.
- Recording is an optional add-on, done on a best-effort basis.
- Your own team can join as speakers. Our staffing team handles the room controls.
